Big Data is a powerful tool used by many companies these days to drive competitive advantages. However, not much attention has been paid on applying Big Data in human resources. This workshop aims at explaining the concept of Big Data and demonstrating how it can be utilzed in workforce analytics to enhance workflows and operations within organizations.

Speaker  Alan Lee
He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Master of Philosophy degree in Information Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Engineering (with a First Class Honor). Before founding the Big Data Technology Company in 2013, Alan held the senior management role in technology group and director position in investment bank. Most of his company clients at present are global listed companies including HK Government, Global Banks, Insurance, Retailers, Logistics, Real-Estate, Telecom etc. He is also an External member of Advisor/Validator board in VTC High-Diploma ("Big Data and Analytics") He has been teaching more than 10 certificate courses and Big Data Diploma in the past few years.

Certificate

Delegates who have completed the course with at least 80% of attendance will be awarded the attendance certificate jointly awarded by Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and CED School of Business.
