Project Management 項目管理

Small teams working around a table-sized Discovery Map,

are guided to go through project milestones, deal with

incoming e-mails and voice mails from project sponsors,

make critical decisions, communicate with stakeholders,

and manage trade-offs – all under tight deadlines. In less than an hour, teams are using Gantt charts, evaluating critical paths, assessing project risks, and learning the decision-making and communication processes that lead to project success.

Business Acumen 商業洞察力

Nowadays, every employee needs the skills and tools to

think more like an owner of the business and to understand,

set, and execute business strategy while being able to

measure the effectiveness of their business strategy through

financial performance.

 

A business acumen simulation design will enable participants to learn about strategy, finance, marketing, and operations by running a case study that comes to life. It help participants understand the system of business and develop the tools and skills they need to make the best business decisions they can take back on the job.

Chartered Engineer and Certified Project Management Professional

Mr Tsang served as a Global Account Director for HP, Director of Business Development for a key global account at Oracle. Director of Sales for Tektronix. He is an expert in business Acumen and Financial Literacy.His clients include CLP, Hang Sang Bank, Chow Sang Sang, General Electrics, Polytechnic University, etc.
