Introduction
An employment contract is a legally binding document that confers rights and obligations on the employer and employee. It is important that employment contracts are properly drafted to avoid misunderstandings and disputation during the employment or, in the worst case scenario, legal action. Moreover, over 35000 cases of occupational injuries a year in Hong Kong. How do the employees handle the injured staff and calculate the compensation?
