Introduction

Construction & building and engineering sectors have been the major industries of Hong Kong and it has been tightly linked to all of our daily lives. Traditionally, construction and engineering disputes will go to legal process or arbitration. The Hong Kong government has encouraged to adopt mediation approach to resolve disputes since 2009. Mediation is emerging as the most commonly used non-adjudicatory method of resolving construction and engineering projects disputes.

Contractors, architects, engineers, insurers, agencies building owners and anyone who needs to handle engineering, building or construction disputes

William Cua

An experienced professional trainer in business areas and entrepreneurship, William Cua is an Accredited Mediator with years of experience in mediation services and related training.  He is also the founding external vice-president of NGO Peer Mediation Power and have been active in community service through providing trainings in communications and mediation skills to teenagers and adults alike.
