The majority of us use email as our primary method of communication in the workplace, and in a fast paced busy environment this can often become overwhelming. Many of us have felt frustrated, misunderstood or flustered when sending and receiving countless emails with fellow colleagues, managers and external clients. By sharing examples and tips, this workshop will encourage you to consider better email practice and management.  Also, we will share the latest trend of the Etiquette principles of using text messaging such as WhatsApp and WeChat.
