The majority of us use email as our primary method of communication in the workplace, and in a fast paced busy environment this can often become overwhelming. Many of us have felt frustrated, misunderstood or flustered when sending and receiving countless emails with fellow colleagues, managers and external clients. By sharing examples and tips, this workshop will encourage you to consider better email practice and management. Also, we will share the latest trend of the Etiquette principles of using text messaging such as WhatsApp and WeChat.
This 1-day workshop is designed to get delegates thinking about how and when they use email and the text messaging, and what etiquette principles we should all be aware of.

Awareness of the culture clash between China, Hong Kong and the West in terms of text messaging

Trainer:
William Ho has more than 20 years multinational working experience. He has been a Director, General Manager, Vice-President, Operating Officer and Marketing Director in Canada and Asia-Pacific District, assisting the organisation to impart core competitiveness, execute strategic and resolve crisis. Also, Mr Ho is enthused in Marketing, Sales and Leadership training, and he has involved in different seminars, speeches and acted as leadership trainer since 2008. Moreover, he is exceled in using ‘story-telling’ skills to enhance delegates’ expressiveness, communication skills, persuasiveness, influencing power and leadership power. Even more, Mr Ho has possessed a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA and a Bachelor of Computing from University of Alberta, Canada.
